I am a registered nurse, licensed massage therapist, and a certified health coach. I am passionate about health and wellness and pursue ongoing continuing education. I graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1995. I continued my education by attending massage school at Birmingham School of Massage in 2003. I became a certified infant massage instructor in 2004, taught business at Birmingham School of Massage from 2003 -2006, and in 2015 I received my certification to become a certified health coach. I am also an independent distributor with Young Living Essential Oils and only use their 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils in my private practice massage therapy.

I have a holistic philosophy about health and I view balance as being essential to living a healthy life...balance in body, mind, and spirit. I believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself if given the proper essentials, and I would love to assist you in whatever health goals you may have.
